Does the finder need the app?
No. They simply tap the tag with an NFC-enabled smartphone, or scan the QR code on the back. Your pet’s finder page opens in their browser.
What if NFC is not available?
The finder can scan the QR code printed on the back of the tag using their phone camera.
When does my subscription start?
You choose and authorise your subscription during tag activation. Eligible seven-day trials start then, not when buying the physical tag.
