Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: 13 July 2026
This policy explains consumer cancellation and refund rights for InSyncPetz goods, personalised products, subscriptions and digital services. It does not reduce statutory rights.

2. Non-personalised goods bought online
For eligible non-personalised goods ordered online, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
We will normally refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Extra cost for premium delivery is not refundable beyond the standard-delivery amount. We may reduce the refund for diminished value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.
Unless the goods are faulty, misdescribed or we agree otherwise, the customer pays the direct return cost.
3. Personalised and custom-made goods
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including personalised tags, engraving, printed details, custom colours or made-to-order designs. This exception does not remove rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not made to the agreed specification.
4. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
If goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or damaged before delivery, contact us promptly with the order reference and photographs where useful. Depending on the law and circumstances, remedies may include rejection and refund, repair, replacement or a price reduction. We will cover reasonable return costs where the goods do not conform to the contract.
5. Services and subscriptions
A consumer normally has 14 days from the day after the service or subscription contract is made to cancel. If you expressly ask us to begin the service during that period and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied before cancellation. If a service has been fully performed within the cancellation period after your express request and acknowledgment, the cancellation right may be lost where the law permits.
After the cooling-off period, cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals in accordance with the Subscription Terms. It does not normally refund a billing period already started unless the service is faulty, the terms say otherwise or the law requires a refund.
6. Digital content
If separately supplied paid digital content begins immediately, the cancellation right may be lost only where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that consequence. Statutory remedies remain available if digital content is faulty or not as described.
7. How to cancel
You can cancel by using the account cancellation option where available or by sending a clear statement to info@insyncpetz.com. Include your name, account email, order or subscription reference and what you want to cancel. A phone call is not required.
