Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: 13 July 2026
This page applies to physical InSyncPetz products. The production estimate, available delivery services, delivery cost and expected delivery window shown on the product page and at checkout form part of the order information.
1. Personalised production
Personalised tags, engraving, collars, gift packs and made-to-order products require production before dispatch. Production begins after payment, required personalisation information and any requested proof approval have been received.
2. Delivery timing
We will deliver within the time agreed at checkout or in the order confirmation. If no different period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
3. Delivery charges and tracking
Available delivery methods and charges are shown before the customer places the order. Tracking information is provided where the selected service includes tracking. Some economy services may not provide end-to-end tracking.
4. Address accuracy
Check the delivery address carefully. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot promise to change an address after personalised production or dispatch has begun.
5. Risk and delivery
Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to the customer or a person identified by the customer. If the customer nominates a carrier not offered by us, different legal rules may apply.
6. Delay, loss or damage
If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact support with the order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by the contract and consumer law. Carrier delay does not remove statutory rights.
7. International delivery
International availability is shown at checkout. Unless checkout states that duties are included, the recipient may be responsible for import VAT, customs duty or local handling charges imposed by the destination country. Customs checks may delay delivery.
8. Contact
